Health/Safety Policy
Ashirwad Engineering is also known for its comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety policy, the vision of which is the safety and well-being of all our employees. This policy defines our commitment to care for our employees and workers by looking after their health, providing them a safety net and creating secure and healthy working conditions.We take workers insurance/compensation policy for every site as per manpower. While working on a site, we ensure that our workers are provided with all safety equipment such as belts, goggles, helmets, harness etc. Additionally, every 6 months, all of our employees and workers undergo medical check-up.
